Regional Manager

As a regional manager, you will oversee practice operations for a group of Passion Dental locations. You will play a critical role in spearheading growth and process improvement initiatives, own full profit and loss responsibility, and develop close working partnerships with the entire practice staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations
  • Provide training and development support to ensure all staff demonstrate knowledge of operating procedures, protocols and the business model
  • Work in partnership with office managers and talent acquisition teams to evaluate and communicate staffing needs and enable effective hiring and onboarding experiences for new team members
  • Support daily office operations within the region as needed

Requirements:

  • Multi-location, retail operations management experience in a customer or patient-based industry
  • Experience in coaching and developing others
  • Prior profit and loss responsibility
  • Ability to interpret and act upon financial statements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications or other business management software preferred
  • Ready to be part of a patient-centric team
  • A valid, nonrestricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance or the ability to be insured under the employer’s fleet insurance program

Dental Hygienists

As a dental hygienist, you will help support the clinical needs of the practice’s patients and doctors. You will receive the support and training needed to help you maximize your career potential and make a difference in our practice and in the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education
  • Establishing care plans for managing overall health
  • Establishing care plans for specific conditions, such as periodontal disease, oral surgery procedures and more
  • Working alongside our dentists and other team members to provide care
  • Collaborating to recommend treatment plans and ensure patient satisfaction

Requirements:

  • A license or certification as a dental hygienists in your state of residency
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Ready to be part of a patient-centric team
  • Eager to learn and grown
