As an office manager, you will help lead the office, creating lasting impressions and building trust and loyalty with our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care to meet patient needs and in accordance with company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Supervise nonclinical staff within the dental practice

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a management position; a combination of management and sales management and retail management is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to make decisions independently
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications or other business management software preferred
• Ready to be part of a patient-centric team
