Treatment Plan Coordinator

As a treatment plan coordinator, you will help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients by coordinating care between patients, doctors and team members. You will partner with doctors to communicate and review treatment plans with patients and ensure all aspects of care are completed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Partner with doctors to communicate and review treatment plans with patients, including answering questions and addressing concerns they may have regarding their treatment plan
  • Coordinating with office managers to optimize and prioritize patient schedules
  • Educate patients on their insurance benefits and payment options
  • Address any barriers patients may encounter for completing treatment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to make decisions independently
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications or other business or practice management software preferred
  • Ready to be part of a patient-centric team

Dental Assistants

As a dental assistant, you will help support the clinical needs of the practice’s patients and doctors. You will receive the support and training needed to help you maximize your career potential and make a difference in our practice and in the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting during a variety of procedures
  • Taking dental X-rays
  • Setting up and breaking down the operatory post-treatment
  • Executing patient handoffs
  • Monitoring patient flow within the practice
  • Managing infection control, including preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
  • Educating patients on appropriate oral hygiene
  • Performing intraoral scans
  • Supporting patient charting for doctors
  • Performing various office tasks as necessary
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure patient satisfaction

Requirements:

  • A dental assistant certification and/or X-ray certification in states where it is required
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Perform quality impressions and bite registrations
  • Ready to be part of a patient-centric team
  • Eager to learn and grow
