Treatment Plan Coordinator

As a treatment plan coordinator, you will help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients by coordinating care between patients, doctors and team members. You will partner with doctors to communicate and review treatment plans with patients and ensure all aspects of care are completed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Partner with doctors to communicate and review treatment plans with patients, including answering questions and addressing concerns they may have regarding their treatment plan
  • Coordinating with office managers to optimize and prioritize patient schedules
  • Educate patients on their insurance benefits and payment options
  • Address any barriers patients may encounter for completing treatment

Regional Manager

As a regional manager, you will oversee practice operations for a group of Passion Dental locations. You will play a critical role in spearheading growth and process improvement initiatives, own full profit and loss responsibility, and develop close working partnerships with the entire practice staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations
  • Provide training and development support to ensure all staff demonstrate knowledge of operating procedures, protocols and the business model
  • Work in partnership with office managers and talent acquisition teams to evaluate and communicate staffing needs and enable effective hiring and onboarding experiences for new team members
  • Support daily office operations within the region as needed

Requirements:

  • Multi-location, retail operations management experience in a customer or patient-based industry
  • Experience in coaching and developing others
  • Prior profit and loss responsibility
  • Ability to interpret and act upon financial statements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications or other business management software preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board requirements
  • Respond to patient billing, financial and insurance inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments
  • Assist with office duties, including greeting and checking in patients, preparing patient charts and collecting payments
  • Balance nightly deposits and complete credit card processing

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a management position; a combination of management and sales management and retail management is preferred
